Returns of Products
We accept all returns on products that are unused and not worn, with their packaging unchanged (in case they have been sent packaged) within 14 days from the date of receipt. Your return package must include the completed Return Form and the original documents that accompanied the goods upon delivery (eg retail receipt). Then call us at 210-8985917 to register your request and arrange with the cooperating COURIER company to receive your return.
