Shipping Methods

SHIPPING METHODS & COST - GREECE

We ship our products across Greece using the following methods:

α) COURIER: We ship your order via our partner Courier Company (ELTA Courier). Shipping is free for orders with a value of €39 or more. For orders under €39, the shipping cost is 3,90€ for shipping weights up to 2 kilos (Kg) and increase by 1€ for each additional kilo (kg).

β) Box Now Locker: You will pick up your order from the nearest Box Now Locker based on the shipping address provided in your order details. We will contact you by phone prior to dispatching your order to choose the most convenient locker location together. Shipping is free for orders with a value of €39 or more. For orders under €39, the shipping cost is 2,90€ for shipping weights up to 2 kilos (Kg) and increase by 1€ for each additional kilo (kg).

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery is FREE of charge on all purchases, regardless of the order amount. It is noted that payment by the method of Cash On Delivery now can be made also by card at the time of delivery and is available for shipments in all places within the Greek territory.
Note: Cash on Delivery is not available for Box Now Locker deliveries.

DELIVERY TIMES

For the Continental Greece, the delivery time is usually 1 working day (we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and/or Public Holidays) , while for the Island part of Greece, 1 or 2 working days. The exception is the inaccessible and remote areas for which delivery time could be 3 to 4 working days.

Special Note: Our company is not responsible for any potential delivery delays that extend beyond standard delivery times, particularly due to Courier companies overload caused by unexpected or peak circumstances.
